Grown in the fertile Mayan lands of the State of Quintana Roo, our Persian Lime is a true gift of nature. From planting and cultivation, through packaging, to distribution and marketing, we ensure fresh limes are available year-round. This citrus fruit is one of the most appreciated in world cuisine, not only for its exquisite flavor and juiciness but also for its convenient seedlessness. Each lime is carefully cultivated with dedication, guaranteeing the highest quality at every stage of the process.   • PLANTATION

    We plant our lemons in rich, well-drained soils under the perfect tropical climate. With practices such as pruning and drip irrigation, we ensure healthy and productive trees. Our expert team selects each fruit at its optimal point, guaranteeing the best quality for our customers.

  • PRODUCTION

    We are proud to share that we have managed to increase our Persian lime production. This has been possible thanks to the implementation of advanced agricultural techniques and the adoption of best integrated management practices, not only improving the quality of our limes but also contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly production.

  • PACKAGING

    The Persian lime, freshly harvested from our trees, arrives directly at our packing facility. Here, each lime is carefully selected, packed, and quickly shipped to ensure it retains its unmatched freshness. We have state-of-the-art machinery capable of processing up to 200 tons daily, allowing us to always offer the best to our customers.

    We are deeply committed to the quality of our products. Therefore, our employees receive continuous training in Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Security. Thanks to this constant effort, we have achieved the prestigious Primus GFS certification, recognized worldwide in the primary production and manufacturing sectors.
